プライバシーポリシー
対象アプリ: AXIS CRUSHK Works（以下「当方」）は、AXIS CRUSH（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報およびデバイス情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 本アプリが直接保存するデータ
本アプリは、ゲームの記録、自己ベスト、保存盤面、チュートリアル表示状態などを、原則としてユーザーの端末内に保存します。これらのゲームデータを、当方独自のサーバーへ送信する機能はありません。
2. 分析のために収集する情報
本アプリでは、品質改善とゲーム設計の評価のために PostHog を利用します。送信する主な情報は、アプリ起動、モード開始、盤面完了、同じ盤面への再挑戦、新しい盤面の開始、盤面保存、自己ベスト更新などの利用イベントです。
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などを本アプリから PostHog に送信する設計にはしていません。
- 正確な位置情報は取得しません。
- PostHog の GeoIP による位置推定は本アプリ側で無効化しています。
- Session Replay（画面操作の録画）は使用していません。
3. 広告表示に伴う情報
本アプリでは Google AdMob を利用してバナー広告を表示します。Google Mobile Ads SDK は、広告表示、分析、不正防止などのため、IPアドレス（大まかな地域の推定に利用される場合があります）、アプリや広告との操作情報、診断情報、広告IDなどのデバイス識別子を収集・共有する場合があります。
必要な地域では、Google の User Messaging Platform（UMP）等を通じて同意情報を確認したうえで広告リクエストを行います。
4. 収集しない情報
本アプリのゲーム機能として、次の情報を入力・アップロードする機能はありません。
- 正確な位置情報
- 氏名、メールアドレス、住所、電話番号
- 連絡先
- 写真、動画、音声
- メッセージ、カレンダー
- 支払い・金融情報
- 健康・フィットネス情報
5. 第三者サービスへの共有

各サービスにおけるデータの取扱いは、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーおよび利用条件にも従います。
6. データの安全管理
第三者サービスへの通信は、各 SDK が提供する暗号化された通信経路を利用します。当方は、必要最小限のデータのみを利用し、ゲームプレイを阻害しない範囲で安全な取扱いに努めます。
7. データの保持と削除
端末内のゲームデータは、ユーザーが本アプリのデータを消去するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで端末に保持されます。
AdMob および PostHog が処理するデータについては、それぞれのサービスの保持・削除方針に従います。当方は、利用目的に照らして不要となったデータについて、利用するサービスの管理機能および契約条件の範囲で削除・匿名化等を行います。
8. アカウント
本アプリにはユーザーアカウントの作成・ログイン機能はありません。そのため、本アプリ内にアカウント削除手続きはありません。
9. 対象年齢
本アプリは子ども向けとして特別に設計されたサービスではありません。実際の年齢制限指定は、配信ストアの年齢制限・対象ユーザー設定および本アプリの機能・広告設定に基づきます。当方は、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。

11. 本ポリシーの変更
本アプリの機能、利用する SDK、法令またはプラットフォーム要件の変更等に応じて、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新日を変更し、必要に応じて適切な方法で案内します。
本ページは AXIS CRUSH の実装内容に基づいて作成しています。将来、収集するデータや利用する第三者サービスを変更した場合は、本ページ、Google Play のデータ セーフティ申告、App Store の App Privacy 回答を合わせて更新します。
Privacy Policy
App: AXIS CRUSHK Works ("we") handles user and device information in AXIS CRUSH ("the App") as described below.
1. Data stored directly by the App
Game history, personal bests, saved boards, tutorial state, and similar game data are normally stored locally on the user's device. The App does not provide a feature that sends this local game data to our own server.
2. Analytics
We use PostHog to evaluate product quality and game design. Events may include app opens, mode starts, board completions, retries, new boards, saved-board use, and personal-best updates.
- The App is not designed to send names, email addresses, or phone numbers to PostHog.
- The App does not request precise location.
- PostHog GeoIP enrichment is disabled for this App.
- Session Replay is not used.
3. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob for banner ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), app and ad interactions, diagnostics, advertising data, and device identifiers for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.
Where required, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to obtain or refresh consent information before ad requests are made.
4. Data the game does not ask you to upload
The game does not provide features for uploading precise location, contacts, photos, videos, audio, messages, calendar data, financial information, or health information.
5. Third-party services

Data handled by these providers is also subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
6. Security
Communications with third-party services use encrypted transport provided by those SDKs. We aim to use only the data reasonably necessary for the stated purposes.
7. Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on the device until the user clears the App's data or uninstalls the App. Data processed by AdMob and PostHog is subject to the retention and deletion practices of those services.
8. Accounts
The App does not require or provide a user account or login, so there is no in-app account deletion flow.
9. Age
The App is not specifically designed as a child-directed service. Applicable age ratings depend on the distribution store's rating system and the App's actual features and advertising configuration. We do not intentionally design the App to collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy when the App, integrated SDKs, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its last-updated date.
If the App's data handling or third-party services change, we will update this policy together with the relevant Google Play Data Safety and App Store App Privacy disclosures.
